steel pipe expanding machine is a large diameter LSAW steel pipe production process of key equipment .it's located inside the pipe,outside welding and X~ray inspection,ultrasonic flaw detection,before the hydrostatic testing machine.before the diameter expansion,the inner wall of the steel pipes is rinsed by the front flushing device.during the rinsing process,the steel pipe is driven by the rotating roller to rotate around the horizontal axis.the purpose of the front rinsing is to wash away residual flux and the like on the inner wall of the steel pipe.debris damage expansion tool.

after expanding ,the inner wall of the steel pipes is rinsed again.during the process of washing,the steel pipe is driven by the V shape lifting roller to move along the axis.the purpose of rinsing is to clean up residual oil emulsion and scale or other debris when expanding.
