Water Injection Wellhead and X-mas Tree

The water injection wellhead and X-mas tree is another kind of wellhead produced by Shengji, and it’s widely used in the Shengli Oilfield, the Changqing Oilfield, etc. The water injection wellhead and X-mas tree is used to increase the water absorbing capacity of an oil reservoir and its oil producing capacity by maintaining the desired pressure in an oil reservoir. Because the working medium of a water injection wellhead and X-mas tree is often sewage with a high degree of mineralization and at high temperatures, anti-corrosion features are integrated into the Shengli wellhead and X-mas tree. This equipment can also be used in flushing wells.

1.High pressure water injection. Can be used for well flushing.

2.Small in size and light in weight.

3.Nickel based alloy metal spray technique. Superior sealing and anti-corrosion performance.

3.Install hand wheel in two directions on block valve.

4.Combined two valves, cross and adapter flange. Decreases the wellhead height greatly.

5.Optimal thickness of top and bottom flange of tubing head. Decreases the weight and height effectively.
