Product DescriptionShengji is a professional oil field tubing pump manufacturer in China. With more than 50 years of historical precipitation, Shengji can manufacture reliable quality and stable tubing pumps for different needs of customers. Tubing pump is mainly an assembled barrel, plunger, travelling valve and standing valve (divided fishable and non-fishable), the structure is simple but strong and durable. The standing valve of the tubing pump is connected to the bottom of the tubing string. During work time, the sucker rod and plunger will take the reciprocating movement in the barrel and pump oil to the ground. This kind of pump is usually classified as high volume pump, because in the same size tubing, tubing pump has a larger diameter plunger, the fluid load will be greater than the rod pump, so the oil production is also large. Thus, tubing pump is usually used in shallow depth and high production well.
Shengji has 40 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing subsurface tubing pump and participated in the draw up of the national standard of subsurface tubing pump. Shengji also developed the unconventional pump suitable for heavy oil well , high gas-cut well and high sand-cut well. Shengji deep well pump has been exported to SHELL, CHEVRON, SCHLUMBERGER, GE, NOV, JOHNCRANE, CAMERON, KBM, etc. Annual production reaches 15,000 sets.
