API 16A 13 5/8" 10000psi shaffer annular bop for well drilling
API 16A 13 5/8" 10000psi Shaffer Annular BOP for Well Drilling
Product DescriptionShengji’s API 16A hydraulic annular BOP can be used in work over and drilling operations equipped with hydraulic control systems. The BOPs are designed and manufactured in full conformity to the API 16A standard. The annular BOP mainly consists of a body, a header, a rubber core, and a piston. The inner rubber core is interchangeable. While the annular BOP can be used independently, it normally works with a single or a double BOP.It can seal the drilling tool or well bore efficiently, preventing oil well blow outs. Its anti H2S performance conforms to the NACE MR 0175 standard.
Key Feature1.Annular BOP can fully seal the wellhead when there is no string inside the wellbore.
2.Annular BOP can seal the annulus space of the wellhead when there is a string, wire line and cable inside the wellbore.
3.Snubbing can be performed if the butt welding drill pipe has an 18°beve.
4.Equipped with an energy accumulator, and a tubing coupling can pass through the annular BOP under pressure when well pressure is less than 3Mpa.

Performance Test
BOP Testing Lab
Shengji is the SINOPEC designated well control experimental base, it owns the first international advanced well control equipment test device in China, and can take all kinds of water pressure and air pressure sealing test, the maximum pressure can reach to 35000psi. All the test processes are controlled by computer. The base provides reliable quality guarantee for Shengji well control products.
1.Host Unit
The host unit is an important part of well control equipment, speed of movement of the reciprocating cylinder 600 mm/s, master cylinder has the bearing capacity of 300 t, mainly to complete the bop forced tripping test, ram preventer suspension test and casing head hanging load test.
2. Hydraulic Pressure System
The maximum test pressure of water pressure system is 230MPa.The hydraulic system provides pressure source for all well controlled product tests, such as seal test, strength test, suspension test and forced lifting test.
The test pressure of system is 230MPa.Test medium: self-made nitrogen. The water tank is 5 meters * 6 meters * 5 meters, and cameras are installed on the side wall and crane to monitor the whole process of test pressure in real time. The computer controls the lifting and unloading pressure. The pneumatic system can realize all gas seal tests of well - controlled products.
4.PR2 valve pressure and temperature cycling test
This PR2testing device can perform dynamic test and air tightness test in high and low temperature, pressure and temperature cycling test. This device was proved achieving national level by DNV.
