1.Outsourcing flat end tube
After purchasing the flat-end pipe into the factory, we strictly inspected the purchased flat-end pipe according to the requirements of the company's incoming inspection. Inspection items should include tensile properties, hardness, chemical composition, impact properties, grain size and inclusions, geometry, straightness, appearance.
2.Upsetting
The upsetting production line is fully automatic control, with reliable performance and advanced technology. The performance index of the equipment has reached the domestic advanced level, and the steel pipe can be upset from 2 3/8in to 5 1/2in, which lays a solid foundation for ensuring the quality of the tubing.
Tubing Upsetting Production Line
In order to ensure the mechanical properties of the tubing end, the full length of the tubing should be heat treated according to API requirements after the pipe end is upsetting.
